I looked in my manual.

I used Mobil1 75W140 full syn. I was skeptical when people here said they noticed a difference so I was pleasantly surprised when I did too.

+2...changed from the 75w 90 to 85w 140...noticeable difference. I was skeptical at first, but am a believer now.

Spectro oil now makes a trans fluid specific for 6 speeds. a bit costly 15 bucks a qt. but it is well worth it. i was using mobil 1 syn prior to spectro. wont ever go back to mobil 1.
