Default Winter mods front wheel question....

I'm gathering parts for my winter mods; so far I've decided on a swap to wide glide trees from a Fat Bob and 14" Outlaws bars. What I can't decide on is if I want to keep the 21" front wheel and just have the hoop re-laced on a WG hub or if I want to go down to 16" front and run a 150/80 front tire.
I'm leaning towards swapping both front and back to 16" since there are more tires available.
Inputs, suggestions??

Superfast, did you swap the rear out for a 16 as well? Or are you still running the 17 back there?

Personally, I like the look and handling of 16 inch wheels. I too used Fat Bob trees and 16 inch spoke wheels from Electra-Glides or FL Softails are plentiful on eBay. I laced up a rim from a 2010 Road King to my rear hub so I could run the 180 touring tire.

Thanks, that was I was looking at doing; finding an FL front on ebay. Your Duo-glide mod looks great.
