Default lacing a 17 inch front wheel

hey guys, I have a 2010 wide glide with a 21x2.15 spoke front wheel. I want to change my front wheel to a 17 x 3.5 to run a 150/80 17 tire.

i can get a good deal on a used 17 inch touring spoke wheel and my question is:

can i just relace the 17 inch (rim and spokes) to my existing hub or do I need to change anything. Keep in mind that im currently in the Egypt and accessability to parts is ZERO so i need to be as resourceful as possible.

Thanks

I have a list on my computer at work that has the part number (Buchanan) and spoke length for the wide glide hub. I'll try and post it tomorrow, it will you figure out which length spokes you'll need for the swap.

If the touring wheel is complete, it should just go on as is. Wide Glide and Electra-Glide hubs are the same width, same bolt patterns.

thanks blue. according to the chart, all 17" rims and spokes should fit as long as the hub is a wide aluminum. which according to AFMM3 is the same. alright ill try it out and let you know.

thanks guys
