Default 06' fxdbi running hot

I have a 06' street bob tc88 with a Harley stage 1 a/c, thunderheader with o2 sensors, and stage 1 download from the dealer. Ever since I got the download from the stealer it's been running hot, backfiring, popping, and even stalling on really hot days. I got the download about a year and half ago so it's probably too late to go back to the dealer. I really can't afford a tuner or a dyno. Any suggestions?

Yeah, after a year and a half it's your problem now. I would first check for intake and exhaust leaks to rule out any mechanical issues. That won't cost you anything to do.
For about $100 you might want to look into the XIED's, they will trick the ECM into adding fuel. It's not a perfect solution but it has worked for a lot of riders and is worth a try.

Yeah. Get a better tuner that doesn't require a dyno.
