J&S Jack Great Customer Service
I've had my J&S Jack for a few years now. I can't even count the number of times I've used it. Working on my bikes, working on other's bikes, winter storage.. Thing is just rock solid, and one of the best purchases I've ever made regarding my motorcycles.
Anyways, the bottle jack developed a leak. It happens, maybe even due to how cold it is lately i don't know.
I emailed their customer service and the next day place a follow up call.. She tells me they got my email and have already sent a new bottle jack out free of charge.
So just wanted to give them props on the forum here for standing behind their product and doing that for me. They certainly didn't have to but it was great that they did.

We see lots of negativity on merchants (guilty of that myself) so thought it important to share when it goes the other way.

Agreed!! I had the same experience when my bottle jack started to leak. 3 or 4 years on the replacement with no issues. And I use the **** out of my jack and the bike sits on it when I can't ride it. I'll pay extra for a legit American company!! C&C seats has the same quality customer service, which means on any bike I will ever own I will always buy a C&C.
