I've had my J&S Jack for a few years now. I can't even count the number of times I've used it. Working on my bikes, working on other's bikes, winter storage.. Thing is just rock solid, and one of the best purchases I've ever made regarding my motorcycles.

Anyways, the bottle jack developed a leak. It happens, maybe even due to how cold it is lately i don't know.

I emailed their customer service and the next day place a follow up call.. She tells me they got my email and have already sent a new bottle jack out free of charge.

So just wanted to give them props on the forum here for standing behind their product and doing that for me. They certainly didn't have to but it was great that they did.

 

Top notch jack and top notch customer service. Very few and far between nowadays

 

I like hearing these stories.. Most company's would drill you with questions through email til you were seeing red and then send you an o-ring to replace yourself and tell you "your welcome". Good to see some company's still make right without hassle

 

I had a cheapo lift, switched to J&S and haven't looked back! I can't imagine not having a solid platform anymore.

 

Best customer service I have ever heard of, especially after the jack was beyond the warranty period that is if it even had one. That's great.

 

You always pay for what you get, that is awesome. Ive never any bad reports on the js lift

 

Exactly man that's why I wanted to pass the word along. It's not a cheap purchase but it def is a worthwhile one and it's the things like this that make you happy you made the purchase.

We see lots of negativity on merchants (guilty of that myself) so thought it important to share when it goes the other way.

 

Agreed!! I had the same experience when my bottle jack started to leak. 3 or 4 years on the replacement with no issues. And I use the **** out of my jack and the bike sits on it when I can't ride it. I'll pay extra for a legit American company!! C&C seats has the same quality customer service, which means on any bike I will ever own I will always buy a C&C.
