Default Arlen ness front lowering kit.

So it came with 2 dampers, 1 pvc pipe. New screws for bottom of fork and 2 washers for the front end. I've had it apart and could not figure where the pic went as well as the washers. Obviously the dampers were shorter than stock. Please can anyone help on what order these go in. I'm confused and frustrated all I need is a order it goes in. I put it in without washer and pvc pipe. Doesn't sound right pressing front brakes and leaning into the forks. Like something moving around inside. Please help! Thx ben

Try Googling the instructions. Most all front end lowering kits are basically the same.

Try Youtube? If all else fails, call AN and ask them.

If I understand what you are asking, the kit came with 2 washers (1" or so in diameter?) and some PVC pipe, correct? The PVC pipe is used for the spacer lengths which you will need to cut and the washers will go between the top of the springs and the bottom of the PVC and the other washer will go between the top of the PVC and the cap nut. (drop the spring in, add a washer, drop the PVC spacer in, add a washer, install the cap nut.)
At least this is how the Racetech spring kit I installed went together.
Hope that helps.

Thx makes sense any suggestions on a easy way to put top on easily. It was kind of a pain in the *** with the spring being so stiff and a bit of a pain in the *** before I start wrenching?

I had the tubes off the frame and I finally put on a pair of leather gloves to protect my palm and wrestled with it. Once the cap nut was started and secure I mounted it in the triple tree and used the cinch bolt to hold it still so I could tighten it up. I am sure there are better ways to do this but this is what worked for me.
Good Luck.
