Default HELP engine light/codes/yup handel bars have been changed

Ladies gentleman i have an issue that im sure has been beat to all hell and im sorry. Let me start from well the start. I took in a trade of a very nice 2010 Street Glide yay i love it right. I had a 2012 and 2014 street glide before needles to say life punched me in the face and i sold them ouch for me. Anyway i got the 2010 and let my brother take it for a spin since i was a bit heavy on the crown and cokes he took it for a block or 10 and came back parked it in the garage says damn thats nice good great grand. The next day i crank it up jump on and to me the throttle is just not as snappy as i feel it should be i look down and the engine light is on hmmmmm i say. The previous owner did the bars themselves i was told from the start if i hit both front and rear brakes the right turn signal will come on it does i tried it lol. Ok i looked up on here and tried every where else on what to do i found 2 codes the first 1st is P1510 EFI Limited Performance Mode the 2nd is P2138 TGS Correlation Error (Twist grip sensor) also when i scan the b it states no rSP. What does this all mean and please any info on how to fix it would be much appreciated. Thank you all in advance and very sorry for beating a dead horse. To all be safe and keep the rubber side down.

First thing I'd do is pull those bars off and see what kind of hatchet job was done on the wiring. Replace or repair the wiring needed(I'd probably cut all of their splices out and start over). If the green connector for your throttle by wire is still there eliminate that also. Good luck

I would get a HD service manual.buy one..borrow one..something.remove the outer fairing and check to see if every wire is where it's supposed to be.
