Default Outer fairing brass nuts?

I must be the first person ever to strip the brass nut inserts on the bat wing fairing. (2003 Electra Glide) because I can't find it by searching. It must be simple once you've done it but how do you change them? Real logical--- steel allen bolt and brass nut! Thanks in advance!

Yup, you're the first person to strip those inserts. But Harley dealers stock them for the rest of us who won't admit it. I keep a full set in my toolbox for such occasions. The slotted end goes in the fairing first to cut the new threads.

Just run a bolt in it and pull it straight out with pliers.

There are some on eBay too with free shipping:

Plus a little whiz bang tool if you want to spend more money.
