since powercommander lets you run richer and cooler, how much does it affect your mpg?

 

I have a SERT. I don't know what my mileage was before the sert.

After pipes and AC and SERT I was getting 38-40mpg with a canned map from HD. Bike ran hot and like crap.

Just put in Gear Cams and a good Dyno Tune. Now I'm getting 35mpg. The bike runs A LOT cooler, and better. People behind me complain that it's running too rich and I can smell gas when i idle, but I wouldn't trade it for the world.....

My buddy had a Dyna, said he lost about 5mpg with the PC3, pipes, AC but bike runs so much better he says its worth it as well.

 

With a proper dyno tune you should be getting 45-48 mpg depending on your riding style.Thebuilt motor on my fatboy (110TQ /115/hp) getsaround 42 mpg avg.with a PCIII.

 

With a SERT I get around 38 - 40

 

PC111. Went up a couple to 45 if I take it easy.

 

38 to 42 mpg which tells me it depends on how I ride.

After stage 1 and synthetic oils, my bike runs cooler than stock.

I didn't buy a Harley for its fuel mileage. What I did buy it for, I'm getting.

I have a dyno tuned SERT and depending on how much I hammer it I think I get around 35-40 mpg.

 

I get between 36 and 44 with my pcIII. I am yet to have a dyno done.

 

I have D&D pipes, Stage I air filter, and sert w/ canned map (no dyno tune yet) and regularly get between 46 and 48. I've seen as high as 49.5 and as low as 43.
