Default Fuelpak problems!

I installed a fuelpak on my 05 Deluxe which has Vance & Hines Bigshot Longs with the quet baffles, stage one ECM burn and airfilter. Since I installed the fuelpak it idles rough and misses occasionally at low RPM's. I have contacted Vance & Hines twice, the first time they told me to change mode two from -2 to 0 and mode three from 2 to 4. This did not help so they then told me to change modes two and three back to the original settings and change mode seventeen from -2 to -1. It is better but still run's rough and has an occasional miss at low RPM's. Help!

I had heard (at my advanced age I can't remember where) that the Fuelpak could only be used with a stock ECM. Probably a rumor put out by Dynojet.

The '06's will not run well with the Stage 1 download, that is right from V/H tech line. I called them last Thursday and they told me to have the bike reprogramed back to stock setting, then install the fuel pak, should have no problems afterwards.
Hopefully I get reprogramed Mon. or Tues. and we'll see what happens. I'm running SE air cleaner and BSS with quiet baffles.
