Default bearing noise

I have a bearing noise that just started and stops if I get off the throttle or pull in the clutch. Its a 99 sportster with about 30 thousand miles and I ride the **** out of it so I'm willing to get dirty and do some work on it. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with this. Hoping it's just a bearing in the clutch.

It's orange with HID headlight and I put the year and mileage in the original post. 99 sportster means 1999 and 30 thousand miles means 30,000 miles.:-)

Sorry, I guess I'm tired and skipped right over it.
Have you checked the primary chain adjustment the lately?

No, but just looked up how to do that and pull the clutch apart. I usual work on dirt bikes, but excited about figuring this out. If it's to sloppy will it make noise.

Will, it will also let you know if you get it too tight, it will scream like a siren.

Right, I adjusted it properly and I could hear it. I gave it a little bit more slack, this made it quiet but it started jumping under heavy engine braking.

Still haven't had a chance to work on it. Just to nice and went for a ride. Weird you can only really hear the noise when the motors cold.
