stock or aftermarket head pipe?

If your headpipe has no cat, I'd go with that.
( most don't but CA spec bikes do end up in other States- even sold new on the floor, but that is mostly at Dealers which border CA)
the stock header will support over 100HP. another header pipe may provide only modest gains if any at all ( and you'd need one with the larger 18mm o2 bungs as on your 09- the 10+ are smaller).
my focus is function/cost over looks and trends.
If you afterward feel that your cam swap isn;t paying off ( expect about 10 HP- the choice of cam type will determine where in the rpm range that power shows itself)- you could add a header.
Most riders these days are buying headers have the 2010+ catalytic models and want a catless header

I think your 09 is the last of the catless headers, so I see no real reason to change the header. Plus your 09 has the 18mm O2 sensors. All good. I'd just focus on air cleaner, cams, mufflers, and tune. Might want to change out the lifters while you are doing the cam job just for longevity insurance. Check out Gaterman lifters. Remember to change the inner cam bearings to Koyo Torringtons.
