Can anyone tell me the name of the piece and part number of the little black trim piece that sits on upper forks , right behind turn signal and fairing skirt ?

Hmmmm ..... Is it the lower leg of the inner fairing rather than a bolt on piece?

I'm guessing your looking at the outer fairing skirt part # 58246-96. Is it the thin edge strip your looking for?
If you use the link mkguitar posted look on the year model and the fairing windshield section should show it.

I found pictures , pretty sure it's lower part of inner fairing

If you're talking about the black plastic along the side of the fork (what the arrow is pointing to), yes it is the lower part of the inner faring.
