So I put on new headers, slip ons, and air intake. Used a power vision to tune.

Bike sounds great.

I took the bike out on two 30 minute runs. And I'm telling you the bike is running way hotter than before.

There is no popping or any weirds sounds coming from the exhaust at any time.

Bike seems to be running like it was before.

Any ideas?

 

Perhaps you're running too "lean"?

All things considered that would be the most likely issue.

 

What temp does the pv show on the guages?
