Hey! Just bought a new bike and found this forum again after being away for years.
I have a2008 Sportster 1200 Low 105th anniversary edition in Copper & Black.I bought it right after Thanksgiving. I REALLY love this bike. I got my M endorsement 4 years ago, but didn't continue riding back then for various reasons. Now I'm back in the saddle and loving the Sportster. This is my first Sportster. I've already done some mods to it. I have a quick detach windshield, engine guards, lay back license plate, Rush Slip on mufflers with Screamin' Eagle Stage 1 Air filter and Power Commander. Sounds really nice.
My husband and I have been riding 2 up on his Heritage Softail Classic since 2001 and riding the beautiful mountains of NC, the beaches, Daytona, Myrtle Beach and everywhere in between. We plan on going to Sturgis 2008.
Well....that's it for now. I'm looking forward to hanging out.
Here's a pic of my bike the day I picked it up. Yes, it was on a trailer but it didn't stay there long!
