Default TMAX with autotune ?

I've got a 2005 RK/custom, just bought a Thundermax tuner, who makes head pipes with bungs already welded in at the correct location for the o2 sensors? Or, do i have to buy a new set and have bungs welded in?? thanks

Mark the location of the best place to position the sensors with a sharpie while the pipes are still on the bike then take them off and get an exhaust place to weld the bungs in for you.
They sell them as well usually.
You might have to run a tap through them though after they have finished welding.......they could probably do that for you as well

Scotty is right, The simplest thing ta do is have the bungs welded inta yer existing pipes.
&nbsp\\;
BUT! MAKE SURE that they are 4" to 6" down the pipes from the heads!!! The closer the two measurements are, the better.
(Like the SAME distance?) LOL! ALL the new pipes are set up that way by the manufacturers.
&nbsp\\;
My buddy had bungs put in at 2" and 6.5" by some bozo.&nbsp\\;Bike never wanted ta tune right. Eventually he threw the pipes away and
bought new ones instead of butchering up the old ones.

Most of the time, "experience" is learning from someone else's mistakes, ya know?

Or, since you asked, you can buy headpipes with bungs installed from V&amp\\;H, Rinehart, Samson, etc...
