BUILDUP A Harley-Davidson Softail Breakout Project
Building a Harley-Davidson motorcycle is definitely a satisfying thing. Sure, it takes some time and money — but it’s worth it, isn’t it?
The joy that comes from completing a build is hard to match, and the happiness when cruising around on the finished project is even better.
After all, have you ever heard the phrase “built not bought?” It truly is something to be proud of, so we applaud all of those who have taken on the endeavor!
One of these people is HDForums member Francesco (A.K.A. “Nostradamus74“), who has taken on a build involving a Softail Breakout.
Though the build is very close to being completed, it is certainly an impressive build that he has undertaken. The bike now has an Arlen Ness Lowdown exhaust, a Screamin’ Eagle air cleaner, a SE-204 cam, a Thunderbike rear fender, a custom paint job, tons of chrome, and a lot more!

We’re sure that this build was very worthwhile for Francesco, as it should be. The ride looks great, and we’re sure that it’s great in every way! Check out his build thread and show your support!
