Donation from Quaid Harley-Davidson just one sign of strong ties to Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital.

Harley fans are a generous bunch. Think of all of the toy runs made every December to bring joy to children (and their families) in need of it, or the times riders and dealerships come together to raise money and give their time to various causes, from breast cancer to families of fallen police officers.

Thus, it should come as no surprise to see a Harley dealership make a donation to a local hospital. Such is the case with Quaid Harley-Davidson of Loma Linda, California and Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital.

On Valentine’s Day 2019, Quaid paid a visit to the children’s hospital, where the two of the dealer’s co-founders, brothers Gordon and Glenn Quaid, donated $7,050 to help children in Loma Linda who need the hospital’s services.

The relationship between Quaid and LLU has been going strong for over a decade, with the dealership’s annual toy run in December the highlight of the year. Glenn says he and his three brothers want to do all they can to help the hospital and the children there for treatment.

“Quaid Harley-Davidson’s annual toy run for Children’s Hospital is truly our favorite event to do every year,” Quaid said. “We want to support this hospital. We’re here to help the kids.”
