Mixed Martial Arts Champion Promotes a Great Cause
Harley’s Let’s Ride Challenge seeks to raise $1 million for military, veterans, and first responders.
As of March 20, spring has officially sprung. It’s the season of birds chirping, flowers blooming, and dusting off your Harley to get ready for riding season.
Assuming you don’t live somewhere with year-round great weather, that is. Regardless, before you head out for your next long cruise, you might consider swinging by your local Harley-Davidson dealership to register for its latest promotion.
You Could Win a New Harley
This week, Harley-Davidson’s official YouTube channel dropped a video outlining its “Let’s Ride Challenge – Ride for Heroes.” Per the Motor Company’s website, “Every mile you ride brings us closer to Harley-Davidson’s $1 million donation to support military, veteran and first responder heroes. And as you ride, you’ll earn rewards and compete to win one of five brand-new Harley-Davidson motorcycles.”
As it’s explained in the video — by Australian mixed martial artist Jessica Rose Clark, no less — participating dealerships will record your bike’s current odometer reading. After that, each mile ridden increases your “Rev Score,” though additional dealership visits will be necessary to validate your new, higher odometer reading. All U.S. residents with bikes carrying a Harley VIN number are eligible. That said, being a Harley Owners Group (HOG) member can sweeten the prize pot. For an example, an extra $5,000 cash if you happen to win one of the giveaway bikes.
Support Some Great Charities
The promotion starts on March 28, 2025 and ends at midnight on October 31, 2025. In total, five brand new bikes will be awarded for the highest Rev Scores, ranging from a Nightster all the way up to a CVO Road Glide. Even if you don’t take home a new bike, you’ll still feel like a winner for racking up miles for charities like the Wounded Warrior Project, VFW, and many others. Smaller prizes and giveaways like stickers, patches, and commemorative coins are also available.
