Vintage Works Builds a “Star Wars” Speeder Bike

All of us have seen Star Wars and if you have not, shame on you. The single best thing about Return of the Jedi, aside from the Ewoks, are the Speeder Bikes that the Imperial soldiers use to patrol the forests of Endor.

Every time you hopped on your bicycle as a kid you might have imagined yourself as Luke Skywalker darting through those forests. The engineers over at Vintage Works have done the next best thing seeing as though flying Speeder Bikes are not within our technological grasp just yet. They made one out of a motorcycle with a painstaking amount of attention to detail.

Though this looks to be a one-off concept, the Speeder Bike comes complete with blaster and engine sound effects from the built-in sound system and cosmetic yet functional air brakes that can be actuated from the handlebars.
