So, I washed my ULL this past Saturday. Took it out for a nice ride Sunday, stopped for gas, went to reset the odometer...and nothing. It seems to be "frozen" in the odometer screen. Will not toggle to the "Trip A, Trip B or Remaining Mileage screens at all. No issues at all before the wash Saturday, so I'm figuring it possibly got water logged??
Any chance this is the issue and it will dry out and work again? Would shooting a little electrical contact cleaner inside it help dissipate any moisture trapped inside? Anyone else have this problem after a wash?

Dealer had to replace the left hand control pack on my 15 Limited because the cruse no longer worked and the dash no longer showed what gear it was in. There have been many left hand control packs replaced according to my dealer. It's probably your issue too.
Try holding the switch down as you turn the ignition on. And you could pull the main fuse, wait a few minutes and plug it back in to see if that makes a difference. Also, it lifts up a little when you remove the switch housing. If that happened, it might be stuck in that position. Does it press and bounce back the way it should?
Let it dry or take the housing apart and blast it with WD-40. Had my clutch switch do the same to me. Blasted it with WD and it worked again.
The switch packs are a POS. Bad design, partially enclosed. Moisture and dirt can get in, but since they are "partially" enclosed they cannot be easily cleaned.

Good luck.
Yes, the feel of the switch is the same as always. It has a nice crisp click when pushed. I don't think its stuck or jammed in any way. I'll try pulling the fuse to see if that helps. Thanks for the advice.
Has it done it repeatedly on multiple start ups? Sometimes my volume control doesn't work, but once I restart the bike, everything is fine again. Annoying, but not worth a trip to the dealer.
There are also plenty of switch pack problems that have been reported. It may just need to be replaced.
this is a very common problem, they will replace the switch pack without question. for about 90$upgrade u can have it replaced with lighted switches. it was a 45$ price difference for the switches and half-hour labor for the right hand replacement.

I've only been on the bike once since washing it Saturday. I did try it while sitting in the garage last night, same results, not working.
The bike has to go in for its 1000 mile service soon, so if it doesn't resolve itself before then I'll have them take care of it.
