Default Recurve windshield on 2014's

I ran Freedom shield windshields on my '09...a 10" in warmer months and a 14" in colder months. I really liked them, but my wife not so much. I seems the recurve caused the air to blast the back of her head...she said it was like having a leaf blower pointed at the back of her head. She is 5'11, which may have something to do with it..
At any rate, I'm looking to upgrade my windshield on the '14...I'm hoping the new fairing design helps with this issue...has anyone with a '14 running a recurve noticed a difference?

My wife has not complained (yet!) about any backdraft. We use a 8" recurve Freedom on a '14 Ultra Classic.

Currently using a 11" LRS Ultra Elite recurve (replacing stock 10") and the few times I've had a passenger on the back, there have been no complaints or issues.

I have a Cee Baileys 6" recurve on my 2014 Limited. The wind just grazes the top of my helmet. No complaints from the wife but we both wear full face helmets now.

My wife complained about her head getting whipped around on my 14 Limited with the stock 10" windshield. Didn't have that issue on my 12 Limited with the stock 12". I switch to an 11" LRS Ultra (recurve) and she said it eliminated the issue.

6" Freedom Shield recurve here, love it, wife says it's a big improvement over the stock, didn't mention anything about wind on the back.
