I have a question about 2023 Harley street glide. My handle bar toggle switch for my radio works for everything except to toggle music back. I put music on a jump drive & play music but go to toggle back doesn't work. All other functions work. Wanted to take apart but don't have a drawing of that switch. I don't know what size those torx screws are. Does anyone have a blown up drawing of the switch?
If the electronics can "see" that exact switch and you would know this because the "system" reacts to it for any reason at all, except the "system' isn't going "back' when you operate it, the switch is OK.
A word of caution: Don't lump a single switch together with any other switches in a module that contains many switches, like a Harley Handlebar Switch Module has.

I wouldn’t open the switch yet. On the 2023 Street Glide, USB “back” can be a BoomBox/Skyline software or mode issue, not a faulty switch. Try a reset and check for updates first, since the rest of the toggle functions work.
Thank you for your responses. I did do factory reset & still the same. Really not all that of a big issue just don't know why. Until i can't toggle forward will leave alone.

If that button press doesn't do ANYTHING at all in any scenario it might be bad. For about the cost of one side of the controls you can get a set of lighted OEM controls from a dealer. The cheapest left control cluster I see on Ebay is about $235.
I wonder if a dealer could test the switch with their digital technician?
