Need a Ruling
So I'm always looking at bikes, going to demo rides, ect
.
Currently ride a 2006 Sportster. Keep looking at touring bikes, but the wife won't ride on the back so there isn't really a need for one.
Anyhow, yesterday the wife posted on Facebook and said "Hey honey here is a new Harley Davidson you can buy!" and linked this video:
Now having been married to the woman for 31 years I'm pretty sure she meant the Lego motorcycle, but watching the video there is a real full size Fat Boy in the video.
Have I just been given permission to buy a new Fat Boy?
And I'd really rather have a Heritage, do you think she would be able to tell the difference? no honey I just put a windshield and bags on the bike you said I could buy.

Why is your wife deciding what bike you can buy? That doesn't make any sense to me. I know some guys need their wife's permission to buy a bike but if she isn't riding on it what does she care what you buy? Maybe take the reigns back?

As for the Sportster, every time I do a demo ride of something else, I get back on the Sportster and can't see any reason to get rid of it.
