It is, two sided tape.

 

I used the front axle adapter kit P/N 43000159 to install the HD axle nut covers.

Yes I have the axle adapter kit p/n 43000159. Do you happen to have the p/n of the HD axle nut covers that you installed? I tried HD axle nut cover p/n 43428-09 and they did not fit...ugh
