well if you use any other than harley it voids your warranty. so use that for the 2 years they cover it but you wont be able to raise the rev limiter with it. or say **** it like i did and get a real tuner lol

my bone stock 114 fat bob hit 120 lol. touring bikes have different gearing. touring bikes need low end tq because they are so heavy. top speed is pointless on them.
Us hitting the governor has nothing to do with gearing. I'm certain my bike would easily get past 120 if it wasn't for the governor they come with.
never said i didn't? lol my bike is a 2019 fatbob 114CI powervision tuner, cobra 2-1, S&S 475C cam. i was able to hit 130 before the cam. "stage 1" but it would die at 130. with the cam i should be able to go well over 130.
That's it man. I'm calling you out.. I want some video footage of you running 130mph on your fatbob. I'm thinking your speedo is broken..lol
The touring bikes may have a different speed limiter setting due to aerodynamics (side cases, top case, etc.). OEM speed limiters are based on predicted bike stability limits, not engine output limits. The rev limiter takes care of the engine.

Not saying your wrong but I'm pretty sure the speed limiter only started on the M8s. I could do 120mph on my 16 CVO RG Ultra " maybe faster but not much" .
