Default Before and after comparison pix

Bought the bike new at the end of May. Been working on it in stages ever since ending with the handlebars last week.
Without going into an exhaustive list of mods, here are just the before and after pix

Whats it look like?

Feel free to add your own before and after pix to this thread. I love to see how they change

2-into-1 exhaust always seem s like people either love it or hate it. In fact I used to hate it. Had 2-into-2 on all my previous Fat Boys and originally intended the same for this one, but looked at a LOT of pix
and something inside me just started seeing it differently, and now I love it. Who knows what colors that reaction

Anyhoo, I think the stock exhaust look klunky, oversized, and sterile/lifeless, and dont get me started on the cleaner. WTF is that thing?

Who cares, its all better now

I like it. I personally like how the 2 into 1 minimizes the presence of the exhaust. You see more of that big fat rear wheel. Bars look great. I prioritize function/comfort over form. Those bars looks comfy to me. Also, the exhaust, I think, gives you options on luggage should you decide to go that route. Regardless, very tastefully done.

Actually in the case of the bars, form and function are both served (IMO). Very comfortable at 10", and I find the bike handles better than with the stock bars.
I do have throw-over saddlebags, and theres good clearance over the exhaust.

The risers are stock. They are roughly 2",
The bars are Khrome werks 10" fat bobber apes
Exhaust is Cobra El Diablo 2-1 (very affordable compared to many full exhaust systems, and great power)

HUGE improvement

Was that one of those hammock seats on there? Its like 50% the size of the whole bike. Looks like a beanbag chair I had in the 70's

The black paint is on point too. I'm still considering that for mine. Not this season though. I've had it apart too much already this season

Yes it was a Hammock seat - probably THE most comfortable Harley seat I have come across but "my word" didn't look
...I remember those chairs LOL!

Thanks
I had an idea/vision in my head of what I wanted to achieve - highly influenced by what Thunderbike in Germany were building.
Started buying/collecting parts, as and when they were discounted, and then assembled it over time, obviously with the help of my Painter (Ace of Sprays) who did the wheels and custom paint.
Really, really pleased with the way it turned out - this is not just for show - it gets ridden

Before and after on my 2021 Street Bob.

Day I brought it home

About a month before it was lost in an accident. Added bars, risers, pipe, bags, brake pedal, rotors, mini floorboards

Replaced the Street Bob with a '23 LRST. Day I brought it home. It was basically stock

As it sits today. Added riser extenstion, carbon fiber dash, pipe off my Street Bob, Flare windshield (got matching handguards on the way), short levers and an Alloy Art Boom Box. Probably going to do a few more subtle things, then just ride it.
