Default Innovv camera installation

I ordered Innovv K7 camera. While I am waiting for it to arrive, I am trying to sort out how I will install it. The camera is simple to hook up. Battery Positive, Battery Negative and Remote to turn on when ignition is ON. With that said, I was wonder if there is a way to hook all this up in a cleaner way, instead of hooking it up directly to the battery. Is there a cable kit for 2025 models that I could hook up to the accessory plug and just have my cameras connected to that? I see they have ones for older models but it tells me that kit does not fit my bike.

If I had to go the battery route, which wire would be best to hook up the accessory wire to? Headlamp?

I don't know where all this stuff will fit yet, but I would like to have the "brain" box with the SIM card somewhere easy to access, maybe on one of the sides, or even dedicate entire front storage pod for that on the right side since I already have phone cable there.

Anyone here installed this type of camera yet?

Thanks in advance!

There are two pig tails under the seat for heated gear - switched power, so all you need is a barrel connector. For me the problem is where to mount dash camera, so it'd be inconspicuous; interested to see where you mount it.

i installed a few Innovv cameras on my other bikes. i have yet to get one for my RG.... im slacking i know. you could find other places to tap in , but id recommend the battery. i plan to yank the tank off and route the wires under it like it did for my wireless quadlock mount/charger. i will say the fun part is all the extra wire the cameras come with....... ugh.

I am planning on mounting front on the side by the headlight in the vent spot

Rear, thinking somewhere on the bottom of the bag and exhaust

I installed the Innovv third eye on my 2020 street glide. I hooked it up to switched power using the 3 position molex connector behind the right side cover. If you go to the Innovv website and look under "third eye", you will find my review there that shows the parts you need

Hmmm... I have a molex connector. I used one for a light on the tourpack. I guess I could use it for the camera too? Just hook up all three wires to it and plug it in?

Vent is part of the headlight, if you move it all the way back to the fairing it'd cut down view angle significantly.

I would use the stick on tape and mount it forward

3 wires would be Ground, 12v constant, and Ignition hot. not sure the tour pack plug would have that.....

I'd be weary to use tape only: temperature fluctuation, open to elements and sitting in the "wind tunnel" might be too much for the tape. I've lost gerbing remote that was sitting on a patch of 3M tape.
