Good job Ray.

Thanx for the pictorial,
and the description.

Appreciate you takin the time.

So, now we have three or four different horn relocate options.

WS6 has another one, from way back when,
under and behind the rearforks at the front pivot?????

Thanks Mud,

Still not sounding right ... may be jammed in there too tight??

I will have to investigate later.

Ray.

I think that dodaddy would look a lot better if you painted him black except for the eyes and (maybe) the nose.

Experimenting here with the doodad fastener.

The volunteerfastener is for the air cleaner cover.

First of all, pick a doodaddy.

Gonna use an OogaBooga, and first of all a 17/64" penetration, below.

Tap in this case is for the 5/16 / 18 thread.

Below, you see I have shaped the doodad for a good fit into the concave recess
of the A/C cover.

Also, see that I have used a stud.
Calculate length needed by trial fit into the air filter
and add on near the depth of the doodad penetration.

Here below is the finished fastener installed.

Pictured below, you can see the nut and washer that actually
fastens the cover to the AC itself.

Wrong color though.

No a bad idea, but how about drilliing the eye's out from the rear and fitting a pair of small red LED's?
Not sure how to wire them for power, but maybe someone can think up a way to hide onewire. You could use the mounting bolt itself as the other (ground line).

I didn't remeber seeing this modification in the thread, but I may have overlooked it also.

Cheap, and realtively simple cosmetic modification for your stock clutch and brake levers. Somebody already made a post about this before, but I couldn't find it and thought I would just add it back into the mix here;
