JRK, MSD Ignition part # 8963

three wires -

power

ground

third is a GMR pickup.
Clips over the Ion Sensing Wire on the coil. No cutting.

Easy add on, works great.

Great mod, but who would actually pay any attention to it? I mean, I have a shift light on my Saturn but I have no use for it. But on a HD I see it as an extra add on that's there just so I can say I have one.

Default Brake Bleeder

This definitely falls under the "Under $50" category.

Cost, $3 for a jello shooter (the alcoholic type) and maybe $2 for some 1/4" clear tubing approx 12" long.

Needing to bleed my front brakes because I did a cable swap, I came up with this idea. I had the 'jello' syringe in my drawer that I kept from the beach last year. Actually kept a few of them. They're pretty big, as it's labeled "2oz" on the side.

It did take a few sessions to clear the old fluid/air out of the lines before I saw new brake fluid but those brakes never felt better. This took 15min by myself. I'm sure you could cut that time down with the help of a friend topping off the master cylinder as needed.

I'm sure you can figure out how this works:

Default Speedo Mount on FXD with pullback risers

I am posting this on the under $50.00 thread because someone will have figured out how to make/adjust a bracket that will show the Speedo in the stock position rather than facing down

Accutronic has one but I do not think I could mount my windshield with it in place need to mount is stock position on bars

TIA

Modify the windshield.

Easier than modifying the bracket.
