What colors mean what on the Wiring harness to the rear

I do not see any difference, The O/W did not go to the light back in 05, colors to the actual lights are as shown on my diagram. The O/W is not used. I realized this when I rewired my whole tail configuration. The only difference is correcting an error from the older diagrams.
