I think pics of folks wearing their helmets should be on this thread. For 2 reasons. A variety of opinions regarding their own helmet, as well as a view of how they look with different colors goggles, etc.....so if you have any one of these helmets, licks Daytona or otherwise, then please post a pic.
Having tried too many 3/4 helmets than I care to admit, I simply can't get my hopes up for this one. There is no such thing as a DOT helmet that does not give the Great Gazoo look. That's my conclusion after much wasted money buying helmets on line.
+1. Dead on ***** accurate. I tried one last time with this helmet. It's the best so far and real light weight, but not a novelty. I'm going to return it for a 3/4 novelty.

So while hopped up on pain killers last week after some minor surgery I accidently ordered a extra small Lick's nov DOT. Realizing my error the following day when I looked at there website and saw that all normal sizes were back ordered. So I called them up and asked if I could cancel my order. The guy on the phone asked if I just wanted to apply my payment to the helmet I wanted in my size when it became available. I agreed figuring I'd get it sometime in June. Much to my surprise this afternoon when the mailman handed me a nice big brown box!!!! Only took a week for me to get my flat black large. I cannot believe how light it is! Very comfortable. I had purchased a Bell custom 500 last month and immediately returned it. This is much lighter and does not look as huge on my head, took it for a ridfe this afternoon and was very please with it. Here are some terrible pics of me in my awesome new helmet.
