Thanks to all. System sounds incredible! For all who wonder, you can't go wrong with the help of these great riders. Kenwood KDC-X998, Kappa 62.11i, RZ4-2000D, Polk MM691 with Biketronics Bt1005x. The sound is amazing!

Sweet man. I've got the 998 as well. Glad you got it all installed and sounds great.

Rebel and Haze:

I'm looking at this unit also. How readable is it while riding?

Not a lot of buttons, so how does it do switching songs/connecting to bluetooth etc.

Is it missing any features you wished it had?

Thanks for the feedback!

Boss, Ive only been able to ride with it a few days but so far Im very happy. It has over 20 colors to choose from, I chose the orange like the gauges and I can see it just fine most of the time. In bright sunlight its a little tougher but not impossible. I usually set up my music b4 I go so I really don't even look at it anyway. I is highly customizable and I have no regrets. You set it up to play selected folders or random and switch with the handlebar controls with all my songs on a usb. The Pandora Bluetooth works very well. Id say go for it

Very similar to my HU, there are alot of options but it's pretty easy to get it going like you'd want it to

I'm running the same HU and I haven't had any complaints with its functionality and ease of connecting to BT. I have playlists on my phone and I leave it alone...

I have the BT858 and no complaints. One thing that helps is playing with the Nega/Posi settings in the display area. There have been a few times where the sun was in a perfect spot and very tough to see, but other than that it's not bad. Like others said, I know where I'm at from the hand controls and it's not a big deal if the screen washes out every now and then. Add to that I'm in upstate NY and the sun only comes out 2 or 3 times a month lately anyways.
