http://www.crutchfield.com/p_934BT10...iring-Kit.html I got mine from Crutchfield because they had some good deals on factory refurb Kenwood HU's. I got a x997 $75 off normal retail price and a scratch and dent Biketronics kit for $169.

Don't forget the splash cover. You will need it for washing the bike or if you get caught in the rain. Those face plates are not water resistant. http://www.crutchfield.com/p_934BT67...nics-BT67.html

Also, it seems that the aquatic unit is truly PnP, no extra hand control kit necessary, maybe no splash cover as well???

Your auto sensing feature should still work. What it does mean is that you would have to run RCA's to the PBR. Hopefully you still have them.

Well that's good it will still auto turn-on. Got the amp used, so don't have the RCA plugs on the square connectors, so would just have to get one for the input side. Still looking at all options though....

Yes I've ran it. Very nice unit with 5V pre-outs and two USB ports. Sounds fantastic! When you set up it will default to Sony's recommended settings for your specific set up. Don't touch a thing until you hear their recommendation. I found that the default setting is about as good as it gets. I played with it for a week and ended up right back at default. Sounds dam good there. Just a tip.
