dumb speaker question
ok guys as the title says i have a 14 sg and have it in pieces atm so how do i mount my speakers ....in the pods or on the outside ???there doesnt seem to be to much room if on the outside

If they didn't come with any sort of adapter, they'll go right where the stock ones are at,, my experience with a Batwing is limited to the 10 SG I had,, Rushmore bike is a RGS... sorry.
Ok, I don't have any hands on experience with those but just looking at pictures online it doesn't look like they have a real thick mounting ring on them so the surround should clear the fairing/grill if mounted on the outside like stock. You will have to grind off the little alignment nub on the pods. The tweeter clearing the stock grill could be an issue, so you may have to use aftermarket grills, or mount them on the inside of the pods... if they fit.
