Some Ipod help?
I'm using an Ipod Shuffle to play tunes through the system on my 2014 Ultra. I have loaded the shuffle from Itunes with songs I have purchased on Itunes. For some reason the Infortainment system will not read all of the songs. I have around 150 songs on the Ipod and the system only reads and plays 109.
I completely erased the Ipod and reloaded without any success. All of the songs will play if I connect the Ipod to headphones. My initial thought is to go to a better Ipod? Help appreciated.

If you loaded from a backup I would reloaded songs. But create a new playlist. I had that problem with my iphone. Phone had a ifart! Also if the songs not playing are from another apple ID that would also be a reason. Good luck.

Are all the songs from iTunes? I had a problem when I installed the Aquatics AV head unit. Ended up being a decoding software issue. Aquatic sent a couple of flashes and everything works great now.

I had similar issues with certain Itunes downloads onto CD on my 2012 SG and on my Ipod for my 2015 SG. Solution? I downloaded Itunes playlist from laptop to thumb drive, use that instead of Ipod. It's more reliable, and has the added benefit of peace of mind. If some lowlife pops up the lid on the jukebox and commits theft, I'm out a $12 thumb drive instead of a $150 Ipod.
