I was able to cancel my order on the refurbished Arc Moto 600.4, just got a bad gut feeling about it. So with that refunded i have about $6-700 to spend on an amp and 6x9's (thank you to ridemyglide for finding the v-twin adaptor for the newer boom lids) to add to Moto 602's in the fairing.
After talking with Gannicus, the PN4.1000D sounds like it would work great to push the Moto's and something like the Infinity 693 .11i in the lids (150w x2 to the front at 4 ohm and 250w x2 top the back at 2 ohm, manf spec, not tested).
I'll still have my Cerwin Vega B2, and that got me thinking. I could get a 4ch amp to bridge to the 602's to get their full potential and then run the B2 to a set of 6x9's in the lids (150w x2 at 4ohm or 250w x2 at 2 ohm).
I really like how Bunker's RG sounds with his 602's bridged off the Rockford T400x4AD and kinda want to shoot for that kind of sound with some thump in the lids from the 6x9's. Open to ideas
Sorry for another thread, but i needed to stop bugging Gann and Haze through PMs lol. Thank you again guys for all the info and putting up with with all the different idea's i bounced of you.
With as small as the B2 is i could put it in a saddlebag since I'll have the added storage with the tour pak. And it depends on what amp i end up with to push the 602's if i can fit the B2 in the fairing or not. Ideally I'd keep both amps in the fairing, but not opposed to attempting to put an amp in the bags.
If you are going to try to put two amps in the fairing then you need two small ones (if it can be done) and that will be the T400X4AD over the Moto or 1000D. Like I was telling you, I have one at the house....may put it for sale this weekend. I'll let you know.

The 1000d and the b2 can be made to fit in the fairing. ...

Yes, please let me know if you want to sell the amp. I'll gladly take it.
