Please help with a problem with my SRC for my Schuberth C3 Pro.
I was first experiencing intermittent disconnection from Bluetooth when I received a phone call or text and now I cant keep it connected to my IPhone 5s for more than a minute or two while riding. It's driving me nuts. So far, I've told the phone to "forget the device" and let it find the SRC again, turned off wi-fi and the ask to join networks option and finally stomped my foot a few times. Nothing helps and I'm not very tech savvy. Any advice?

Try shutting your phone off and disconnect the power cable from your battery on the bike. That should reset everything.
Your helmet is not getting a good BT connection to your phone. Is your helmet more compatible with Iphone or Android? The intermittent disconnection from BT when the phone rings is normal. But after the phone disconnects it should go back to your music.
Not sure about the helmet settings but on a normal HU you can turn the phone off.
I'm not sure which operating system is more compatible. I've only had an iPhone. It disconnecting when the phone rings is not a problem. But it disconnects constantly for no apparent reason.

I'd say the BT antenna's are defective. For as much as those things cost. I'd take it back to the place you purchased it and try to exchange it for a replacement.
Just an update for anyone experiencing the same issue, I seemed to have solved the problem by connecting the helmet to my computer to check for updates and, although there were no updates, it allowed me to clear all the settings and begin again. I re-paired the phone after telling it to forget the device and all seems to be well now.
