I've got the PBR300x2 and Infinity 62.11's with the the stock HU now, been that way for almost 2 years. In the search for more volume and the ability to have USB and more tuning, I ordered the Kenwwod 858 HU and install kit from Biketronics last week. I also ordered a Cerwin Vega B52 as this will most likely always be a 2 speaker setup only. My dilemma is my front speakers.... I understand the Infinity setup will scream with the added power of the B52, but I think I'd like a little more SQ along with the added volume. So, do I go to a 4 ohm speaker like the Moto 602 or wait until Biketronics has more of the 7.1 pro's in stock or stick with what I've got??? Any other speakers I need to consider above those mentioned?
I guess I'm trying to justify the difference in price between the Moto 602's and the BT Pro's, but from what I can tell, the Moto's might just have a warmer sound than the BT speakers.
Answered my own questions here.... I guess a post about buying a complete BT setup or where to run my ground cable would get a better response over here. I ordered up a pair of the 602's to run off of the B52, just can't quite peel off the cash for the BT Pro's right now and it looks like the 602's will like the additional power of the B52 over the B2.

The 602's will definitely like the extra 50watts. I had the hooked up to a B2 and now a TM400X2AD and they got quite a bit louder with the extra 50 watts of the TM400X2AD over the B2. If the B52 is anything like the B2 it will have nice clean power. I'm running the B54 bridged for my lids and it definitely packs a punch for its size.

Thanks Matt, that's what I was looking for. Just waiting on the big brown truck now...
Bunker, I've watched your videos at least a dozen times each and that's mostly why I chose the 602's as I plan to only run a 2 speaker setup. We'll see how the B52 works out, if it doesn't then we can try something different. I'm thinking that maybe with an aftermarket HU I might have a little more tuning ability to get the sound where I want it? We'll see.
When you get into higher wattage especially around 150-200 + the cleaner amp with less watts will always surpass. Maybe not quite at the dB output level but usually clean power less distortion will always be more audible. Loud doesn't always sound good. Finding out the hard way. In my cars 100 w rms was plenty to get a great front stage bit on a bike where we depend on high output at high speeds in an open environment is night and day.
