Wiring AW's and JL MX500/4
Which one of these bridged configurations do I use for the DD AW 6.5, AT28 tweets and the JL MX500/4?

With the MX280/4 which is essentially the same amp only smaller, I have used the "stereo" configuration wth the Y splitters and had success.

If just two speaker setup I would go stereo not much difference either way when things get more complex splitters all over the place is just a mess and takes up needed space.

I have the same setup and wired it with the Stereo bridged config. I ran a test MP3 tone and stereo works as designed.

Thanks for the replies. Any recommendations on cables to use? Did you run the crossover on the amp on full pass or high pass?

Hey brother....these guys are dead on with their recommendations on wiring. HPF needs to be on and around 80-90hz. As for speaker wires any decent 16awg wire will work for you.
