Yeah I donated about 2 grand to JM 10-11 years ago and yeah Biketronics and JM was the only game in town back then. But now here it is 10 years later and JM has not kept up with Motorcycle audio in regard to speakers and amps. They have good technical skill but they need better products. Their speakers and the amps are mediocre at best. If he could take all the technical knowledge he has and combine it with some decent speakers and amps he wouldn't get beat on so often. At heart he's just a business man trying to make a living but his presentation and marketing skills need work AND he needs better products. Guys wouldn't mind paying for quality stuff but his stuff will cost you an arm and a leg and sounds like crap. Just keeping it real JM.

I do however disagree with you on the quality and performance of the J&M ROKKER speaker and amplifier line-up now, compared to just 4-8 years ago ,,,,

in my honest opinion, our current ROKKER 330w 2-ch and 630w 4-ch are some of the most durable and best performing audio amplifiers available for the motorcycle environment ,,,,

Our ROKKER 6.71" speakers for the 2014-2018 Rushmore bikes, and 7.25" speakers for the 1998-2013 Harley Baggers have constantly been improved over the years with the very large but lightweight neodymium magnets and heavy duty voice coils ,,,,, and are now also some of the best available ,,,

and with our 2 year warranty standard and 20 years to the original purchaser ,,,, I think we stand up very well to the competition ,,,,

 

well John, im curious as to the cost of your best 2 channel amp and 2 of your best speakers?

 

Thanks for the response bro! If it were me I would defend my products as well. Can't blame you for that. Maybe post a couple of vids in the vid thread and let's take a listen. I'm talking 10 years ago. So it's really not fair to judge your newer products since I have not had them in 10 years. However, I do 2 or 3 installs a month and have switched out a few of the newer JM speakers. Post a couple vids so guys can check out your new stuff. See how they stack up to some of the other set ups there. Don't talk us to death. Show us what you got.

If memory serves me correctly,,,,,,,,,this is how it all ended for JM John,,,,,,,,,,,in 2015.

He got called out to put his junk *** equipment up against what was being suggested here, on this forum by others. Seriously great advice versus his narcissistic approach.

He choose to not to, instead just kept saying his was the best, while those that did have his equipment kept coming forward telling their horror stories of J&M Junk and the company's reputation of sending out used equipment on warranty replacement.

for those who need more info on magnet size vs actual magnetic flux strength, Neodymium has MUCH MORE magnetic flux strength per ounce than cheap and heavy ferrite (steel), so does Cobalt ,,,,, (which means that your ultra heavy magnet speakers actually make better boat anchors)) ,,,

but in the end throwing insults at each other back n forth in this forum accomplishes NOTHING ,,,,,,

JM, finally you brought some type of information besides your product to this post. No one would have a problem if you were posting technical information, R&D, real world testing.
But all I see form you is pushing your product on just about every post. I've been on here about a year and have never seen your posts. Now your on all sort of posts, pushing your product. And thanks for all the links so I could actually see how overly priced your products are. You are the ONLY person I've seen on this site pushing your own product so much.
If you need to take care of your customers, do it private messages like the rest.
