Need some help here.

2014 streetglide, BT brackets AW6.5 BT30, BT Line Levelers DD D4 amp.Right speaker cutting out at high volume. Rechecked gains = good. Switched R & L RCA cutting out moved to left side. What do you gurus think, line leveler?

Try a new rca cable first

Changed RCAs still cutting out. any other suggestions before I send back to BT?

Are the lights flashing on the amp when it cuts out?

Yes, I did see the light flash. I think I might have the gain set too high. I double checked and they are set for 250W which I think should be 31.6V AC. and should be at 30.98V AC. Would this be a big difference? Thanks.
