burnt out amp after washing the sled, is there somewhere I can send it to be repaired?

Might not be worth is. Repairs normally run $130-150.
Where did you get it from? How old is it?

check local repair shops that work on home audio/tv equipment, use to have one guy locally repair my car audio stuff he would install upgraded parts prices was reasonable

how old is it, they have a 1 year warranty, contact RF for a return or to find a service center.

Are you sure the amp went belly up? They are marine grade and water resistant. I would try hooking up speakers direct to the HU to see if the HU didn't take a crapper.
