So I am replacing the entire front fairing inner and outer on my 2010 Roadglide. With the help of this forum I have made some choices on stereo setup. Below are some progress pics. I am going to run 4 gauge ground and power to fairing. Will then go 8 gauge to amps. Let me know thoughts fellas
Here is the new setup
1 - Pioneer AVH2300 7' TouchScreen with Carplay
1 - Soundstream ST4.1000D 4 Channel
1- Soundstream PN4,1000D 4 Channel
4 - DD 6.5vos
2 - DD Bullets
2 Polk Audio 6x9 in lids ( will replace soon )
Was trying to decide on what speaker grill. The bike is going to be painted White Diamond Pearl with alot of black accents. so decided on the glossy black grills. Although the DD grills are sick
The Amp is pretty large needed to mock up a template for a mounting rack
Here is the 1st rack. Will grind down and smooth out and paint.
I will mount Dist block and fuses etc on the front of the plate.
Yes you could run the horns off of it and you could run the 6.5's in parallel off of 1&2 and run the 6x9's off of 3&4. Ideally you'd want everything to have their own channels, especially not knowing how power hungry those 6.5's will be.
