I can't wait to hear the rest of the story!!! Biketronics has been a very damn solid player in sled audio customer service for a very long damn time. Their products have generally been extremely damn reliable and backed up w an unheard of lifetime warranty.

How long did u have the system? Did u install it and run it? If so how many hours? What was the reason for returning it? Is all of the equipment u have returned in like new condition? Did u actually expect that there would not be a restocking fee? A shipping fee?

Something smells pretty damn fishy here.

I bought a complete system from them bout 7 years ago and did have an amp and one speaker rebuilt recently under warranty with no charge other than shipping. BTW, that setup was shipped to me in HI for free. Recently, I bought the Rushmore speaker brackets, breakout harness and LLs again with free shipping. I have never had anything other than pleasant experiences with their courteous and helpful AMERICAN staff.

 

Nothing but positive experiences when I dealt with BT. They even upgraded my 2180 I used for a year, with a 4180 (I paid a small difference since it was refurbished) AFTER Mike left and all I had was his word, in which they honored...even though he wasn't there anymore.

 

Maybe he ordered from biketroniks

I ordered a set of 6.5 speakers and brackets from them a few yrs back (2) - loved the brackets - sent back the speakers without issue, very accommodating

 

I think he's ( O.P. ) climbed back in his hole !
