I've had only a few dealing with and they have been wonderful every time I've had any need to call and talk to them. I bought a BT355 from the Forum and it was a LL for a 6.5 " display factory unit and they took the time to explain and help me set it properly for a 4.3, another time I bought the second LL and brackets for my bike they actually suggested discounts to me that I didn't I was eligible for shipping on those items were prompt and without issues.
