As a DAV I do my very best to buy American. It is impossible to get everything American.
I decided to go with the biketronics 75 watt rms amp and their 6.5 speakers.
There are better units out there I am sure. The first one that comes to mind is firecap's service, a big thumbs up to him also.
I did the speakers first, could not believe the extra usable volume they gave. Yes they are Hertz and not American made but do have a life time warranty.
I am not trying to sell anything and I rarely make a thread about products of company's. Only posting my experience
Now to the point. I had a ground issue, gave them a call. They were not only helpful but offered to up grade my system to the 180 watt rms amp with the regular up grade price with no extra shipping charge. $100 total.
It is really a good feeling to know we have people that care about their customers.
Thanks biketronics and firecap. You guys are awesome.
I have had good luck with Biketronics customer service too.. The rain cover started falling out and they sent me more new rubber tape for free..!!! LOL...
