Searched everywhere and couldn't find anything on this issue. Been on my 2019 Ultra Limited for a couple months now. Overall very satisfied. This 114 is something else I gotta tell ya.
I have found an annoying issue with the new GTS Infotainment Center. I play almost always mp3's on a thumb drive.Music always on the root, never in a folder. Boom Box up to date on software.
Every once in a while a song will just start over from the beginning. Seems to happen mostly when the CB is keyed up or is receiving. We use the CB a lot here where I ride to communicate.
Anybody else seeing this yet? I have tried changing out the thumb drive, still same issue.

 

So I take it nobody has experienced this issue.
I just update the latest software update hoping it was maybe fixed, no luck.
I an still make a song skip back to the beginning by quickly tapping the PPT button.
Nobody else is seeing this issue??

If that's the only issue it has it's light years ahead of the old one.

 

I was surprised with my new '19 RG that a 7th (and 5th) Gen Nano was supposedly too old and wouldn't play. So I am experimenting with a thumb drive now. First I have double songs listed for the same songs and no album art. I checked the drive on my pc and the songs are listed only once. Really missing my iPod at this point. Hate buying a Touch not knowing if that is going to work. Maybe try a cheap San Disk or Sony mp3 player on Black Friday and see. But that's the only negative so far on this great bike. And the new GTS Boom is great.

 

Yea, I think I may have been the very first one, at least in Tennessee.
Overall I love the bike, the 114 is awesome, the suspension is fantastic.

 

I had to play with my music a bit. I use a software called MediaMonkey to manage my MP3's, work pretty good.
I can deal with the occasional skipping songs, I just turn the squelch up a little, since overall the bike is fantastic.

 

No problem with repeat play on my thumb drive on my 2019 RGS.
The only issue I have with the new GTS is, the trip summary not update correctly, it says sometimes I am getting 100+mpg....I wish...lol
Wish HD had added an option to use the trip summary WITHOUT using the nav, be great to be able to manually reset it

 

When I picked up my 2019 street glide special my USB drive from my old bike would not play in the new one so my salesman and I tried it on another 2019 on the floor NO GO no music, so we tried it on a 2018 that was still on the floor and it worked fine. He did a software update, Ya on a brand new bike, Still no music, went home and wiped the USB clean and reinstalled my music, still no luck. Wife dug out a new USB and loaded it with my music and still Nothing. Finally she found an older USB she had laying around, loaded it with my music and it worked. Not sure what brand it was but she is going to pick up a few more she said.

 

Having the same problem with my 2019 Road glide Ultra, love everything about the bike just need to fix this one thing and were golden. The GTS is skipping music or restarting as well as changing screens on me from time to time when I am out for a trip, believe it or not I think it is rain drops hitting the screen.
