Question GZRA micro no voltage on 3,4

Just received brand new GZ amp, wiring bridged 4 channel in 2 channel out. While setting initial gains I bridged meter across 1FLw & 2FR gr/bl and set to 28-29 VAC then tried to do the same to 3&4 but get no voltage at all. Amp uses a 14 pin plug and everything seems tight, I ran ohmmeter across speaker channels they seem to have continuity. I am using a LL with 1 RCA splitting to another JL amp, then other RCA splitting into GZ Could I have a blown channel from factory, any issues from others. Just waited 10 days for the Amp as it came from across the pond

Try swapping the rca inputs on amp, also meter the rca to see if it has volts. Double check all wiring.

Are you feeding both sides of the input?

Check voltage coming out of that channel, then switch RCA’s and see if that causes a change. Try to isolate the problem. It could be something as simple as a bad RCA.

The other side to this with this amp available in the US why not just purchase it from a dealer here so if you have any issues it can resolved here vs 10 day shipping.

Does that amp have a 2 /4 channel input? If so it needs to be in 2 channel input and only 2 channels feeding it if you are going to bridge it using all 4 channels. Also be sure that you are using the 2 channel input to the 1/2 channel input only. If you are using the 3/4 channel as an input then it is a no go.

Wire it per the GZ Micro 4 diagram. U need 4 channel in and 2 put.

And if ur gonna try wiring strategies that have not been provided by the engineers and attempt 2 in and 2 out bridged then u need to input on the rear channels and flip the appropriate input switch. The GZ does not have a 2 channel input switch thus wire it per the 4 in 2 out guidance.

I think there was a thread the other day talking about a Focal amp and guys were making shix up about wiring. The instruction are pretty clear on that amp. If u use 2 channel input, it must go into 3/4 w the 2 channel input selected or nada.

Point being, follow the engineering schematics brother. Not all amps are created equal.

Ok lets start from the beginning. Exactly how is the amp wired? I don't think the amp is bad but rather wired wrong or just not set up in the right configuration.
From what you said, you have a rca splitter in play. One side going to the jl and the other going to the gz micro. If that is correct the the rca's going to the gz amp must be plugged into channel 3/4. Purple + and purple/black - for the right side. Green + and green/black - for the left side. The front input (white, white/black and grey,grey/black) will not be used. The high/low switch must be in low and the 3ch/4ch/st switch must be in st mode.

Then to bridge it out, one side will be wired FL+ (white) and FR - (grey/black) and the other side will be RL+ (green) and RR- (purple/black).

That should get you the bridged setup you need. Hope this helps.
