I have a 19 roadglide special and want to do a 2 speaker system. Visited a bunch of vendors at bike week and most were ok. Sinister sounds was nice, but I feel like i can do a lot more with $1300. I would like to spend more like $800 for everything. I would prefer plug and play integration to factory HU. I have been trying to contact Bagger Audio Lab, but they must be busy this time of year. Any suggestions for vendors or setups?
BAL will be back soon, Daytona has wound down. With where you are that’s where I’d go. You can do a good bit better for 1300 bucks than what any plug and play setups. Alex would hook you up with a pair of high end Beyma’s or Faitals and an amp that’ll blow any other 2 speaker setup away just from what I’ve heard. Search the forum for his post on “ultimate 2 speaker setup, battle of the pro audio coax”.
Give up the notion of plug and play this is an illusion if you want quality sound.
That unicorn just aint out there.
Yeah, I guess what I mean is the smallest amount of cutting into the factory harness. In the past you really didnt use anything factory besides the antenna. All speaker wires etc. were new anyhow. I think my best bet is to talk with Alex.

Thank you, some damn good reading on the coax battle. I will wait for Alex to see what he can whip up for me.
Thanks all

there shouldnt be any cutting of the the factory harness for any installation.
I know you said you want to keep factory head unit but I did 2 mmats pa601cx speakers, mmats 4110 amp, and the sony ax5000 headunit for 1200 and In my opinion, it sounds awesome for what it is. If you don't want the head unit you could get a line leveler for the stock head unit and just get the speakers and amp that I got.
